God, I'm Not Okay,
But I'm Still Talking To You

Finding God in the Wreckage of Doubt, Exhaustion, and Holy Silence

This book grew out of a long and honest season of my own — a stretch of years when prayer felt heavier than it used to, and the warmth I had grown up inside had quietly gone dim. I wrote it slowly, in the in-between hours of an ordinary life, for the believer who is still here but barely: the one whose Bible sits unopened more days than not, whose Sunday smile has been hiding a Tuesday weariness no one ever thought to ask about.

Across twenty honest chapters, I don't ask you to be strong or to have it all figured out. I simply walk beside you, and hand you back — gently, again and again — to the God who meets us exactly where we are: tired, uncertain, halfway through a sentence. My hope is that long after the last page, the small honest prayer you whisper tonight becomes the rhythm of a life returned to God.

About the Author

Sibin Chacko writes for the believer who is still here, but barely — whose Sunday smile has been hiding a Tuesday weariness no one knew to ask about.

A software engineer by trade and a writer by calling, Sibin is the founder of Agnora Chrysta Publications, the imprint behind his books. By day he builds systems for engineering teams; in the quieter hours he writes for the kind of reader most Christian publishing tends to overlook — the everyday believer who still believes, but needs a gentle, honest way back.

He is a son, a husband, a father, and a child of God — still learning, like the rest of us, how to keep coming home. He writes with the conviction that good theology is always tender, that Scripture is meant to meet ordinary people in ordinary places, and that the deepest book ever written is still the Bible — the One his own writing only ever hopes to hand the reader back to.
